A Community of Torah, Chessed & Warmth
We are creating a community where a dedication to Torah, Mitzvos and Chessed is what brings us together.
Under the leadership of Rav Yehuda Willig, we are creating a warm, positive and growth oriented environment with a special focus on the chinuch of our children.
A community where families are measured not by the size of their home, but rather the growth that takes place inside of it.

We are creating an atmosphere where giving is a given. Where the first question is always "What can I do to help someone else?"

Morah D'asrah
An alumnus of Yeshivat Kerem B’Yavneh as well as Yeshivas Mir Yerushalayim, Rav Willig earned his BA at Yeshiva College and received his semichah from RIETS, where he was a member of the Wexner Semicha Honors Program. Subsequently, he was a fellow at the Beren Institute for Higher Talmudic Studies.
In the summer, Rav Willig serves as Mara D’asra of Camp HASC. He also gives a shiur in the Yeshiva program in RIETS, YU as well as Yeshivas Heichal Hatorah in Teaneck, NJ.

Rav Willig is widely respected as an outstanding Talmud Chacham. He is highly regarded by his many students for his warmth, approachability and genuine care for others.
Why Nutley
Leveraging Infrastructure...
Bordering on Passaic/Clifton, NJ, The Nutley Community has most of the pieces already in place.

The Passaic/Clifton Community has many great things to offer including, yeshivos, kosher shopping and many other services that a frum family needs to thrive.
​
Our goal it to continue to grow with the current Passaic/Clifton Community as it continues to be one of the flagship centers for Torah, Mitzvos and Chessed in our area.
Target Area
With Community In Mind
When we considered what area in Nutley we wanted to focus on, we analyzed the geographical make up of successful frum communities. We came up with three things:

1. High density of housing - There should be as many homes as possible within relative walking distance (play-dates, Shabbos meals, carpool, proximity to shul, etc...)
​
2. Streets that flow into each other - When streets are laid out in something like a grid, whether walking or driving, it is very easy to get from one place to another. This brings families and communities closer together.
​
3. No geographical barriers (train tracks, rivers, highways, etc) - We may live 100 yards from each other, but if there is a set of train tracks between us, are we really neighbors?
​
Given these factors, we chose to target the Northwestern part of Nutley. This is also the part of Nutley that borders Clifton, making a Shabbos afternoon walk to Clifton a realistic option.

Diversity At An Attractive Value
With it's upper middle class population, Nutley offers a diverse mix of homes ranging from smaller 3br/2ba capes to larger 6br/4ba colonials. Prices range from about 300-600K but most importantly, Nutley offers a relatively attractive value for your money. There is public transportation into NYC via train and bus.
